Trainee-Process Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented Lease Abstraction Executive/Analyst to review commercial real estate lease documents and accurately extract key lease terms and data into designated systems or templates. The candidate should have strong attention to detail, good English comprehension, and the ability to understand legal and contractual terminology.
Required Skills
• Good understanding of commercial lease agreements and legal terminology.
• Strong reading and comprehension skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to interpret complex contractual clauses.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills.
• Ability to work with large volumes of documents.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet quality and productivity targets.
Preferred Qualifications
• Any degree, preferably B.Com, BBA, BBM, LLB, or MBA.
• Experience in Lease Abstraction, Real Estate, Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO), Property Management, or Contract Management will be an advantage.
• Experience working with lease management/real estate platforms is preferred.
