The Role

We're hiring a Solution Engineer for our Miami office to own the technical side of the sales cycle — running demos and POCs for prospects, then staying engaged post-sale to support a smooth handoff and successful rollout.

What You'll Do

• Run product demos tailored to prospect environments (M365, Google Workspace, Teams, Slack, SharePoint)
• Lead POCs and technical validation with prospect IT teams
• Partner with AEs on technical discovery to scope migration/governance requirements
• Provide post-sales technical support — onboarding, implementation questions, and escalations until handoff to delivery is complete
• Respond to RFPs and security questionnaires with technical accuracy
• Act as technical liaison between sales, delivery, and product teams

What You Need

• 5+ years as a Solution Engineer / Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales, ideally in SaaS or cloud infrastructure
• Strong hands-on expertise in either Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace (deep, not surface-level)
• Comfortable running demos/POCs and doing post-sales support in the same role
• Confident presenting to both IT admins and CIOs
• Based in Miami, FL — onsite

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud migration tools or SaaS management platforms
• Scripting/API knowledge (PowerShell, REST APIs)
