Prepare for and accompany the CEO to meetings and conferences as needed; take minutes and produce clear, actionable summaries (including using AI meeting-transcription tools).

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders — vendors, partners, building management — on the CEO's behalf.
Support ad-hoc projects and administrative matters as directed by the CEO.

Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
Handle employee relations matters — queries, disputes, disciplinary matters — with professionalism and confidentiality.

Oversee day-to-day office operations, including procurement, vendor management, and facility upkeep.

Support HR and administrative budget tracking and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in HR generalist work, executive/administrative support, or a combination of both.
Prior experience directly supporting a senior leader (CEO, Director, COO) — e.g. calendar, travel, meeting support — is highly advantageous.
Willing and able to travel overseas with the CEO as needed (e.g. to Vietnam or other regional markets) for client and partner meetings; must hold a valid passport.
Hands-on experience with Singapore payroll processing, CPF administration, and work pass applications (EP/S Pass/WP) is highly advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication — able to represent the CEO professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive salary with annual performance-based review.
A clear, structured career development path, with the opportunity to take on greater scope and responsibility as you grow with the company and as the Singapore office expands.
