About the job

Help build Boldteq into a leading white-label technology partner for agencies.

I'm the founder of Boldteq — Boldteq.com, a white-label digital delivery company helping agencies expand their capabilities without having to build large internal teams.

We work with agencies that need a reliable behind-the-scenes partner for services such as:

  • Web Development
  • Shopify
  • WordPress
  • Webflow
  • Framer
  • UI/UX Design
  • CRO
  • Digital Marketing
  • SEO
  • Branding
  • Ongoing Website Support

Our primary focus is agencies and businesses in markets such as the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe.

Boldteq is already operating with an established team, delivery capabilities, processes and existing client experience.

Now I'm looking for the right commercial co-founder who can take ownership of the outward-facing side of the company and help us scale it much further.

This Is Not Just a Sales Job

I'm not looking for someone whose only responsibility is sending cold emails or closing leads.

I'm looking for someone who can gradually become the commercial face of Boldteq.

Someone who can own:

Sales

Business Development

Agency Partnerships

Client Communication

Relationship Management

Outbound Strategy

Lead Generation Strategy

Sales Calls

Proposal & Deal Strategy

Partnership Development

Account Growth

Market Expansion

And eventually help build and manage a strong sales/business-development team around these functions.

The Opportunity

There are thousands of agencies in the US, UK, Australia, Canada and Europe that have strong client relationships but struggle with delivery capacity.

They may have:

  • More projects than their internal team can handle
  • Difficulty hiring reliable developers
  • Expensive local development costs
  • Inconsistent freelancers
  • Gaps in specific technical skills
  • Problems scaling delivery
  • Need for overflow production
  • Need for an invisible white-label partner

That's where Boldteq fits.

Instead of agencies hiring multiple developers, designers and specialists internally, Boldteq can become their long-term white-label delivery department.

I believe there is significant potential here if we build the right partnerships and sales engine.

What You Would Own

You would primarily take responsibility for the commercial/external side of Boldteq.

Sales

Build and improve our B2B sales process.

Identify the right agencies.

Create outbound strategies.

Talk with prospects.

Understand their problems.

Present Boldteq properly.

Handle discovery calls.

Build proposals and commercial structures.

Negotiate opportunities.

Close partnerships.

And continuously improve our sales process based on what the market tells us.

Agency Partnerships

This is one of the biggest areas I want you to develop.

Instead of chasing individual projects, I want Boldteq to build long-term agency partnerships.

For example:

An agency gets 10–20 projects every month.

Instead of hiring another internal team, they use Boldteq as their delivery partner.

They manage their customers.

We manage production.

They grow.

We grow.

I want someone who understands how to identify, approach and build these kinds of partnerships.

Communication

You should be genuinely comfortable communicating with international clients.

That includes:

  • Video calls
  • Discovery meetings
  • Sales conversations
  • Partnership discussions
  • Follow-ups
  • Negotiations
  • Client relationship management
  • Difficult conversations when necessary

You don't need a fake "sales personality."

I'd much rather work with someone who communicates naturally, listens carefully and builds trust.

Partnerships & Networking

I want us to think beyond normal outbound sales.

Potential channels could include:

  • Web development agencies
  • Design agencies
  • Marketing agencies
  • Branding agencies
  • CRO agencies
  • Shopify agencies
  • Freelance consultants
  • Fractional CMOs
  • SaaS companies
  • Referral partners
  • Consultants
  • Other service providers

You would have freedom to experiment and discover which partnership channels create the strongest long-term business.

What I'll Manage

I'll primarily continue managing the internal and operational side of Boldteq.

That includes areas such as:

  • Company operations
  • Delivery
  • Team management
  • Hiring
  • Technical capabilities
  • Service quality
  • Internal systems
  • Processes
  • Resource management
  • Business strategy
  • Financial planning
  • Product/service expansion

We would collaborate closely on:

  • Company strategy
  • Pricing
  • Positioning
  • New services
  • Market selection
  • Partnerships
  • Major clients
  • Growth decisions

The idea is simple:

You help own the outside of the company.

I help own the inside of the company.

And we build the company together.

Who I'm Looking For

Experience is important.

But mindset and compatibility are equally important to me.

I'm looking for someone who is:

Commercially Strong

You naturally understand people, businesses and opportunities.

You can identify why someone would buy — not just explain what we're selling.

Excellent at Communication

You can communicate confidently with agency founders and decision-makers in markets such as the US and UK.

Strong spoken and written English is important.

Relationship-Oriented

I don't want aggressive short-term selling.

Our model works best when an agency stays with us for months or years.

You should enjoy building genuine business relationships.

Entrepreneurial

You don't wait for a perfectly documented sales playbook.

You experiment.

You identify opportunities.

You try new approaches.

You learn.

You improve.

Mature

Startups and agencies both have problems.

I want someone who can discuss difficult situations calmly and logically.

No unnecessary ego or drama.

Open-Minded

You should be comfortable challenging my ideas.

And equally comfortable when I challenge yours.

The goal isn't to prove who is right.

The goal is to make the best decision for the company.

Friendly

This matters to me.

We're potentially going to work together for years.

I want someone ambitious and serious about business while still being enjoyable and easy to work with.

Ownership-Oriented

I'm not looking for:

"What tasks do you want me to do today?"

I'm looking for:

"Sales isn't working well enough here. I'm going to figure out why and fix it."

That's the difference between an employee mindset and a co-founder mindset.

Ideal Background

You may be a strong fit if you have experience in:

  • B2B Sales
  • Agency Sales
  • SaaS Sales
  • Business Development
  • Partnerships
  • Account Management
  • Consulting Sales
  • Digital Agency Growth
  • International Sales
  • Outbound Sales
  • Enterprise/SMB Sales
  • Lead Generation
  • Founder-led Sales

Experience selling technology, development, design, marketing or agency services would be particularly valuable.

Bonus if you've previously:

  • Worked with US/UK agencies
  • Built agency partnerships
  • Sold retainers
  • Sold white-label services
  • Managed international clients
  • Built an outbound engine
  • Led a sales team
  • Been a founder before
  • Worked at an early-stage company
  • Built a business from zero

What I Don't Need

I don't care much about:

  • Fancy sales titles
  • Famous-company logos
  • Expensive degrees
  • Corporate jargon

Someone with 15 years of corporate sales experience isn't automatically better than someone who spent 4 years building partnerships for a small agency and truly understands how these businesses work.

Results, mindset and ownership matter more to me.

Probably Not a Fit If…

You're primarily looking for a traditional salaried sales position.

You only want to work assigned leads.

You dislike outbound.

You don't enjoy speaking with clients.

You want someone else to create every sales strategy for you.

You're uncomfortable experimenting.

You only think about short-term commissions.

You aren't comfortable working closely with a founder.

You want the title "co-founder" without taking genuine responsibility for building the company.

The Kind of Relationship I Want

I don't want a traditional boss/employee relationship.

I want someone who can eventually understand Boldteq's commercial side as deeply as I understand its operational side.

You should be able to tell me:

"Yash, I think we're positioning this incorrectly."

And I should be comfortable saying:

"I disagree — here's what I'm seeing."

We discuss it.

Look at the evidence.

Choose the strongest direction.

Move forward.

No ego.

No politics.

Just two people trying to build something valuable.

Why Boldteq?

Unlike joining something at the idea stage, you're joining a business where much of the difficult operational foundation already exists.

There is already:

  • An operating company
  • An experienced delivery team
  • Development capability
  • Design capability
  • Marketing capability
  • Existing processes
  • Client delivery experience
  • International market experience
  • A clear white-label business model

The biggest opportunity now is building a much stronger commercial engine around that foundation.

That's where I want the right co-founder to make a major impact.

Long-Term Vision

I don't want Boldteq to simply become another outsourcing company competing on hourly rates.

The goal is to build a trusted white-label infrastructure partner for agencies.

When an agency thinks:

"We need more development capacity."

"We need Shopify experts."

"We need designers."

"We suddenly have five more projects."

"We need someone reliable behind us."

I want Boldteq to become the obvious partner they call.

That requires much more than developers.

It requires relationships, trust, positioning, partnerships and an excellent commercial organization.

That's what I want to build with you.

How to Apply

Please don't send me a generic cover letter.

Instead, tell me:

1. What's the biggest B2B deal or partnership you've personally helped create?

2. What exactly did you do to make it happen?

3. Have you sold services to US, UK, Canadian, Australian or European companies before?

4. Have you worked with digital agencies or technology companies?

5. How would you find the first 20 agency partners for Boldteq?

I don't need a massive strategy document.

Just give me your genuine thinking.

6. Are you comfortable doing sales calls yourself?

7. Are you comfortable doing outbound yourself initially?

8. What's your current location/timezone?

9. How much time could you consistently commit?

And most importantly:

Why do you want to build something as a co-founder instead of simply taking another sales job?

If your answer, mindset and experience align with what we're building, I'd love to have a conversation.

I'm not trying to find someone as quickly as possible.

I'm trying to find the right person to build Boldteq's next stage with.
