The Google Cloud Learning Services (CLS) team is within the Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) organization. Our mission is to “to make it easy for anyone, anywhere to learn the skills to succeed with Google Cloud technology”.

Within CLS, the Cloud Content Development (CCD) team works to design and develop training for our customers, partners, and internal teams and consists of Curriculum Development, Learning Portfolio, Content Production and Learning Experience Design.

As a Learning Experience Designer, you will design a course or program’s learning experience from start to finish, including writing scripts, developing video storyboards (for on-demand courses), writing facilitator slides (for instructor-led courses), recording video narration, writing assessments, all while ensuring that course quality standards are upheld. You’ll partner with learning portfolio managers, curriculum developers, and enablement program managers to determine the ideal learning modality, define the audience profile, and you’ll manage project timelines and set expectations with stakeholders.
