Job Description

7-8 years of professional experience as a Technical Product Manager or Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics systems.

Strong experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM), logistics, and transportation processes and technology.

Strong understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and enterprise transportation platforms.

Proven experience implementing and supporting TMS solutions at scale, preferably within Retail or e-Commerce environments.

Develop and optimize global product roadmaps based on business value, customer needs, priorities, and strategic objectives.

Define complete product/feature vision, including functionality, performance metrics, success criteria, and future evolution.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify and sequence new capabilities based on business value.

Maintain global product roadmaps for Logistics and Transportation products, including new product POCs, product upgrades, migrations, and end-of-life product divestment.

Identify product tradeoffs across different customer groups, business requirements, priorities, and critical metrics.

Monitor product performance and identify when functionality is not achieving the desired business outcomes; adjust roadmaps and delivery plans accordingly.

Create, prioritize, and accept Epics and User Stories.

Conduct user research and user testing to understand customer/business needs.

Define product goals, KPIs, metrics, and analytics to measure product value and adoption.

Work effectively within large, matrixed organizations and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Build strong relationships across business, technology, operations, and product teams.

Lead cross-functional and cross-geography communication involving operations, business processes, product features, and value realization.

Work collaboratively with modern software design and development teams.

Demonstrate strong active listening, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, and/or Aha!.

Work with a high degree of autonomy and make data-driven product decisions.

Manage medium-to-large teams across onsite and offshore locations.

Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
