Role Summary
Product Owner for the SW CRM domain. Owns backlog quality across the SW CRM roadmap as it is defined — spanning entitlements, master data, order management, renewals, and WXP integration touchpoints. This is a generalized req: the specific initiative(s) this PO will drive have not been finalized yet, so the ideal candidate brings broad SFDC domain depth and can flex across whichever priorities land on the roadmap. Translates the Product Manager's roadmap into refined user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready work. Runs backlog refinement, story writing, demos, retros. Partners with the Solution Architect on design decisions, Delivery Lead on sequencing, and Test Lead on quality. Does NOT cover the Wolf Post Sale SFDC migration — that is owned internally by Eduard Tudoras.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Product Vision
- Define SFDC Roadmap: align the platform's features and strategic vision with broader company goals (e.g., improving sales conversion rates, reducing customer churn, improving customer service CSAT scores)
- Vendor & Ecosystem Management: evaluate third-party plugins, APIs, and app marketplace tools (e.g., AppExchange) to expand system capabilities cost-effectively
- Value & ROI Measurement: track KPIs such as system adoption rates, workflow automation savings, pipeline accuracy, and customer resolution times to quantify platform ROI
2. Backlog Management & Sprint Execution
- Backlog Prioritization: create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical effort, and user dependencies
- User Story Creation: write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for developers, admin teams, and system architects
- Agile Ceremonies: participate actively in sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Acceptance & Validation: test and sign off on completed features prior to production releases to ensure quality and specification compliance
3. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Requirements Gathering: act as the main intake point for feature requests from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT
- Conflict Resolution: balance competing departmental demands and establish clear prioritization criteria
- Change Management: work with enablement teams to create training materials, document platform changes, and manage communication around updates
4. User Adoption & Operational Excellence
- Workflow & Process Optimization: audit existing business processes to remove friction, automate routine tasks, and standardize lead-to-cash or support ticket lifecycles
- Drive Platform Adoption: monitor active user metrics, identify low-adoption departments, and introduce training initiatives to improve software utilization
- Feedback Loops: establish structured mechanisms (surveys, user groups) to collect ongoing feedback from end-users on platform usability
5. Data Architecture, Governance & Compliance
- Data Quality & Integrity: maintain data cleanliness standards, deduplication logic, validation rules, and data hygiene schedules
- System Integration Oversight: coordinate with enterprise architects to ensure seamless data flows between SFDC and the surrounding tech stack (ERP, marketing automation, customer support portals, data warehouses)
- Security & Compliance: enforce role-based access control (RBAC), field-level security, and regional compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Required Experience & Skills
- 9-12 years Product Owner / SFDC product experience in enterprise SaaS environments · certified Scrum PO preferred
- Deep, hands-on SFDC platform expertise spanning: Funnel / Forecasting · Renewals · Entitlements · Master Data · WXP (Partner/Subscription ecosystem)
- Broad domain flexibility · comfortable ramping quickly on whichever SW CRM initiative the roadmap assigns
- Deep hands-on with Salesforce (Sales Cloud · Service Cloud · flows · configuration · data model)
- Delivered 2+ full PI cycles with measurable outcomes at ART level
- Strong written and verbal communication · comfort presenting to Director+ audience
- Comfortable coordinating across distributed global teams (EMEA + AMS) · flexible working hours
Nice to Have
- Fortune 100 tech industry experience in enterprise CRM/SFDC product organizations
- SAFe PO/PM · CSPO · SFDC Platform certifications
Why This Role Matters
This Product Owner is a flexible backlog anchor for the SW CRM domain — ready to plug into whichever initiative the roadmap prioritizes once finalized. Broad SFDC depth (Funnel/Forecasting, Renewals, Entitlements, Master Data, WXP) means the right PO can ramp quickly regardless of which specific scope lands, protecting delivery velocity while the program plan solidifies.
Note (Aug 2026): this is a generalized req — the specific SW CRM initiative(s) have not been finalized yet, so backlog scope is intentionally left open pending the roadmap plan.
Note (Aug 2026): seniority set to Expert (9-12 years), with required experience synthesized across the full SFDC domain — Funnel/Forecasting, Renewals, Entitlements, Master Data, WXP.
