Role Description The Product Designer role at Finaventures is a full-time, on-site position based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end product experiences for ecosystem companies, from discovery and concept development through detailed interaction and visual design. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, applying design thinking methodologies, creating wireframes and prototypes, and refining user flows based on feedback and data. The role will contribute to design systems, ensure consistency across digital touchpoints, and translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-centered solutions. The Product Designer will also participate in workshops, design reviews, and iterative testing to align product outcomes with user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Product Design and Design Thinking skills to create user-centered solutions and structured design processes.
• Candidates should possess User Research and UX Research skills to gather insights, validate concepts, and inform design decisions.
• Candidates should possess Visual Design skills to produce clear, accessible, and aesthetically cohesive interfaces.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product management, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar).
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and present work to diverse audiences.
• Background in designing digital products for technology or infrastructure-oriented businesses is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
