Job Title: UX Designer – Intermediate
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: End of March 2027
Location: Toronto
Ideal Rate: $65- $70 (Based on Experience)
ONSITE- 5 days
Must haves:
- 3+ years of relevant UX Design experience working on complex digital products/projects.
- Strong experience with Figma.
- Extensive knowledge of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Strong experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with UX/design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zeplin, or JustInMind.
- Experience with Service Design frameworks and design systems is highly valued.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live (DABL) delivery methodology.
- Accessibility/AODA experience.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, NodeJS, or Azure DevOps.
- Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, UX, HCI, Usability, or a related field.
