ABOUT MILES AHEAD

Miles Ahead Hosting is an award-winning business growth company that takes businesses from domain to sales.

Our capabilities include domains, professional email, hosting, migrations, security, websites, ecommerce, custom software, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, CRM systems, integrations, AI automation, branding, social media, content, SEO/GEO, advertising, lead generation and commercial support.

We work with startups, growing companies, established businesses and larger commercial opportunities.

THE ROLE

We are hiring a senior, hands-on operator who can help manage the daily commercial side of the business.

You will handle client communication, coordinate team activity, maintain operational follow-through and personally help qualify, set and close revenue opportunities.

You will report directly to the Founder and CEO while working across Sales, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships and Delivery.

Existing department leaders will retain ownership of their teams and professional areas. Your role is to connect those departments, maintain accountability, manage handoffs and ensure clients and commercial opportunities continue moving.

You will have the authority to request updates, confirm agreed next steps, monitor deadlines and hold owners accountable. You will not override department leaders or create competing instructions.

HOW YOU WILL WORK ACROSS THE BUSINESS

Sales

Work alongside the sales leadership and sales team to qualify opportunities, coordinate lead ownership, set appointments, support discovery calls, maintain CRM accuracy, prepare approved proposals, follow up and close assigned deals.

The sales leadership will continue to own the sales team, lead-assignment process, pipeline standards and overall closing process. You will strengthen that function, not replace it.

Marketing

Work with the marketing, social media and content teams to turn campaigns, outreach and inbound interest into qualified conversations.

You will communicate offer priorities, provide feedback on lead quality, ensure genuine opportunities receive prompt follow-up and help move marketing-generated interest into the sales pipeline.

The marketing team will continue to own brand direction, campaigns, content and audience growth.

Strategic Partnerships

Work with the strategic partnerships function to coordinate introductions, follow-up, proposals, meetings and internal support for larger or high-value opportunities.

The relationship owner will retain control of the partnership while you ensure the opportunity continues progressing internally.

Delivery

Work closely with the hosting, web, software, application, automation, design and technical delivery teams.

Before anything is proposed or promised, you will confirm requirements, feasibility, delivery costs, scope, capacity, milestones and realistic timelines with the appropriate delivery team.

After a deal closes, you will coordinate the handoff, maintain client communication, track approvals and milestones, follow up on outstanding information and help address issues before they escalate.

Delivery teams will retain authority over technical decisions, production requirements and realistic delivery commitments.
