Role Summary

Beyond Border is hiring a Reddit Community Manager to grow u/beyondborder's presence organically across immigration and adjacent subreddits. The role owns karma growth from approximately 200 to 10,000 within three months, and manages multiple Beyond Border accounts to increase visibility in LLM powered search and answer engines (Perplexity, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews).

Key Responsibilities

Grow u/beyondborder karma from 200 to 10,000 within three months through organic, rule compliant engagement.
Manage and coordinate multiple Beyond Border Reddit accounts, maintaining distinct posting patterns to avoid brigading or ban flags.
Publish educational, non promotional content across target subreddits: r/EB2NIW, r/eb1a, r/BeyondBorderVisas, r/immigration, r/USCIS, r/O1visa, r/EB1, r/NIW, r/indiansabroad, r/startups, r/cscareerquestions.
Write and post attorney Q&A threads, criterion breakdowns, and AMA content in coordination with the marketing team and named attorneys.
Review and comply with each subreddit's rules on brand attribution and self promotion. Brand mentions permitted only on r/BeyondBorderVisas unless a subreddit explicitly allows otherwise.
Monitor subreddit health signals: subscriber counts, removal patterns, and moderator sentiment toward brand adjacent content.
Track keyword and topic opportunities where Beyond Border content can rank in LLM search results, and structure posts to support that visibility.
Respond to comments and questions in brand voice, using "we" rather than "I."
Flag content or engagement risks (bans, shadowbans, rule violations) to the marketing team immediately.
Report weekly on karma growth, post performance, and subreddit level engagement metrics.

Required Skills and Experience

Demonstrated experience growing a Reddit account or brand presence organically, with verifiable karma or engagement history.
Strong understanding of Reddit culture, subreddit specific norms, and moderator expectations.
Excellent written English, able to produce clear, factual, non promotional content matching Beyond Border's brand tone.
Familiarity with US immigration topics (O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, L-1, H-1B) or willingness to learn quickly.
Basic understanding of how LLM powered search and answer engines source and cite content.
Comfortable managing multiple accounts and maintaining account level authenticity and safety practices.

Preferred

Experience with Reddit-specific automation or monitoring tools.
Prior community management experience in legal, immigration, or professional services niches.
Familiarity with n8n or similar automation platforms, since Beyond Border's Reddit workflow includes automated keyword flagging and rule validation.

Success Metrics (First 3 Months)

u/beyondborder karma: 200 to 10,000.
Number of active, rule compliant accounts under management.
Post approval rate (posts not removed by moderators).
Growth in LLM search citations referencing Beyond Border content.
Subreddit level engagement (upvotes, comment quality, AMA turnout).
