About the job
1.Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Production, R&D, Warehouse, and plating subcontractors.
2.Optimise machine and manpower utilisation through planning and scheduling for production, plating subcontractors, and the internal plating department.
3.Prepare open orders report for operation meeting on weekly basis.
4.Issue work orders - monitor their status, and coordinate with Production if delivery dates are endangered.
5.Ensure raw materials is promptly issued and coordinate with purchasing for the new requirement according to new orders received.
6.Ensure that the agreed safety stocks are kept.
7.Ensure all the work orders are in order before closing and give reports of outstanding work orders which is not close.
8.Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
9.Act as a backup when colleagues is on long leave.
