Remote Business Operations Associate

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Business Operations Associate who can help manage and improve daily business operations.

This role is designed for someone who enjoys variety and can move between different areas of the company. You will support operations, internal processes, customer communication, project coordination, and executive priorities.

The ideal candidate is not someone who only completes assigned tasks — we are looking for someone who identifies problems, creates solutions, builds systems, and helps the business run more efficiently.

You will act as a cross-functional operator supporting multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve internal workflows
• Create documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Manage business tools and platforms
• Track operational goals and priorities
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members
• Manage calendars and priorities
• Prepare meeting agendas and notes
• Organize information for decision-making
• Conduct research and summarize findings
• Help leadership stay organized and focused
