Position Overview

Ledelsea is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project/Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of complex initiatives across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project governance, stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop status reports, executive presentations, and governance materials.
• Facilitate governance meetings, leadership reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Track project financials, action items, KPIs, and deliverables.
• Create executive-level presentations and perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
• Drive accountability across multiple workstreams and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while managing changing priorities.
• Provide structure and clarity in ambiguous situations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to support strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Project or Program Management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
