Test Process Engineer

We are seeking a Test Process Engineer to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of product testing processes for electronic and power products. This role will support NPI, PCBA and finished-product testing, test fixture and station development, production troubleshooting, and manufacturing yield improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product testability reviews, including schematic reviews and PCB layout reviews.
• Responsible for PCBA or finished-product test solution development, test equipment selection, and test fixture design and fabrication during the New Production Introduction (NPI) process.
• Responsible for test station environment setup, debugging and implementation, and training of factory engineering personnel.
• Lead anomaly analysis for production testing during pilot and mass production, drive improvements in test coverage and first pass yield (FPY), and conduct CPK analysis and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of testing-related experience; experience in building a test team is preferred.
• Familiar with PCBA or finished-product test solution architecture; experience in building platforms is preferred.
• Familiar with electronic product testing methods, capable of independently designing test solutions.
• Able to read schematics, proficient in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, electronic loads, power meters, and other equipment; strong circuit analysis experience.
• Experience in testing energy storage or power products is preferred.
