Business Intelligence Engineer at BairesDev
In this role, you'll architect and build the BI infrastructure that powers company-wide analytics, engineering the pipelines, dashboards, and reports that turn raw data into decisions. Serving as lead architect and administrator for a best-in-class BI platform, you'll consolidate data from multiple sources and build the technical foundation that stakeholders rely on. This is your opportunity to apply strong engineering discipline to business intelligence, building systems that scale from ad-hoc reporting to real-time uptime tracking.
What You'll Do:
Engineer metrics, dashboards, and repeatable reports that answer core business questions.
Build data pipelines consolidating information from multiple platforms and external sources.
Architect and administer a best-in-class BI platform, enabling stakeholder self-service.
Design and instrument tracking for sensor and network uptime targets.
Partner with leadership to translate requirements into technical BI solutions.
What we are looking for:
5+ years of experience in business intelligence engineering or data engineering.
Advanced SQL skills for querying and reporting.
Experience with BI platform configuration and administration such as Power BI, Qlik, QuickSight, or Tableau.
Background in data lake or warehouse design for analytics.
Experience with API-based data integration, including Google Analytics and external sources.
Strong communication skills and the ability to plan and execute analytics initiatives end-to-end.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Nice to have:
Experience with NoSQL for data collection.
Familiarity with CRM integration such as HubSpot.
Experience with KPI instrumentation for network uptime.
Advanced Excel skills.
Background in data governance and documentation.
