  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience developing large-scale applications using Java, Spring Framework, cloud technologies, and web services.
  • Demonstrated experience using GenAI coding assistants within software development workflows, including tools such as GitHub Copilot and/or Claude Code.
  • Experience leveraging AI assistance for code generation, testing, automation, troubleshooting, and development acceleration while maintaining ownership of quality and accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of agentic workflows, prompt engineering, custom instructions, and spec-driven development.
  • 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML implementation and production deployment experience.
  • 6+ years of experience with containers, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.
  • 6+ years of experience working in CI/CD environments.
  • 2+ years of experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • 2+ years of experience with MongoDB, Aerospike, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
