Mid Level SAP QA

This role is ideal for a testing professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, business processes, and leadership. As the owner of end-to-end testing strategy and execution, you will ensure that every capability through new implementation, upgrade, enhancement, BAU changes are qualified and delivered with confidence, stability, and excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to build a culture where quality is embedded into every stage of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the SAP testing strategy, including functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing

• Design comprehensive test scenarios, scripts, plans, schedules, and resource strategies aligned with SAP release cycles

• Lead and mentor testing teams and automation engineers across the ERP ecosystem

• Coordinate and govern testing activities spanning SAP modules including FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and WM

• Oversee test execution for S/4HANA programs, including greenfield implementations, system conversions, and global rollouts

• Drive defect management, root-cause analysis, risk assessment, and timely escalation of critical issues

• Deliver executive-level quality dashboards, insights, and go-live readiness assessments that enable informed decision-making

• Champion continuous improvement by promoting best practices, automation, and innovative quality engineering approaches

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of testing experience, including significant experience within SAP environments

• Proven success leading Quality Assurance activities for at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration

• Strong understanding of SAP architecture and end-to-end enterprise business processes

• Experience with testing and defect management tools such as Panaya and Azure DevOps

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into meaningful business insights

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience guiding cross-functional teams toward successful delivery
