About the job
Senior Software Quality Engineer
Salary: $150,000-$180,000
100% Remote from the continental US excluding the Pacific Time Zone and New York state
About the Role
This role is for a Senior Engineer with a strong background in quality, to play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and usability of our software. This is a hands-on engineering role, not a downstream QA function. You’ll work closely with the software engineering team to define quality strategies, develop and maintain automated test suites, and perform thoughtful exploratory and manual testing. You will investigate defects, reproduce complex issues, help identify root causes, and work with developers to drive timely resolution. You will be instrumental in improving our quality processes, advocating for best practices, and fostering a culture where quality is a shared responsibility across the engineering organization.
