JPI is seeking a Data Analytics Team Lead to provide support application and database modernization efforts to enable data integrity. The Data Analytics Team Lead will provide and enable data-driven analytical decision-making. A minimum of 8 years of experience supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Department of Defense (DoD) is required.
This role requires U.S. Citizenship and a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities Include:
- Performance management support: Provide and enable data-driven analytical decision-making.
- Perform advanced data analytics to measure program performance against benchmark targets.
- Consolidate data from multiple systems and provide data analysis in support of programmatic decision making.
- Develop enablement tools to improve the data quality across systems of record.
- Sustain and maintain performance management tools developed.
Requirements
- BA or BS in Management, Engineering or Business
- An active PMP certification.
- Minimum 8+ years of DHS or DoD experience
- Minimum 8+ years of Data Analytics experience.
- This experience may overlap with DHS/DOD experience
- Experience with Shore Asset Management (SAM), FSMS, SharePoint, etc.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience supporting DHS/USCG or any federal agency
- Data storytelling and visualization
- Analytical curiosity and attention to detail
- Effective technical communication as a team leader in data-focused projects
