Adobe CJO/AJO/CJA Developer

We are seeking an experienced Adobe CJO/AJO/CJA Developer to design, build, and optimize customer journey orchestration and analytics solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO/CJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in customer data platforms, marketing technology, personalization, data integration, and analytics.

Design and implement customer journeys, campaigns, offers, and decisioning strategies using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO/CJO

).Configure and manage Adobe Experience Platform datasets, schemas, identities, and Real Time Customer Profile

s.Develop and maintain audience segmentation and activation strategies across multiple channel

s.Build and optimize CJA Data Views, Connections, Reports, and Dashboards for cross channel customer analytic

s.Integrate Adobe solutions with CRM, CDP, Data Warehouse, marketing automation, and third party platform

s.Collaborate with business, marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solution

s.Develop data validation frameworks and ensure data quality, governance, and complianc

e.Support real time personalization across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, Web, and Mobile channel

s.Create technical documentation, solution designs, and best practice guideline
