HR Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an HR Manager to help build and support a high-performing team. You'll own core people operations, improve HR processes, and work closely with leadership to create an exceptional employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to sourcing, interviewing, selecting and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Design and manage the company's performance review process.
• Conduct regular employee performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor overall team performance and recommend initiatives to improve productivity, engagement and organizational effectiveness.
