Product Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a curious, high-agency Product Manager to join Talent 24/7 and help build the future of AI-powered workflow automation.

You’ll work closely with founders, engineers, and designers to identify problems, turn ideas into products, and ship features from 0 → 1. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves figuring things out, moves quickly, and wants significant ownership early in their career.

What you’ll do

• Talk to users and understand their problems
• Define product requirements and write clear specs
• Break ambiguous problems into actionable solutions
• Work closely with engineering and design to ship features
• Prototype and test new ideas
• Analyze product usage and identify opportunities
• Help prioritize the roadmap
• Own projects from idea through launch and iteration

What we’re looking for

• 0–2 years of experience in product, engineering, consulting, startups, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations
• Technical curiosity and willingness to learn
• Strong product judgment and attention to detail
• Genuine interest in AI and emerging technology
