Business Development Executive – Restaurant Direct Ordering

About The Tasty Table

The Tasty Table is a direct online ordering platform built for restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, and other food businesses. We help restaurants build their own direct ordering channel and reduce their dependence on third-party delivery platforms.

What you'll do

• Identify and approach restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, and food businesses.
• Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, field visits, referrals, and online research.
• Speak directly with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
• Understand their current ordering and delivery challenges.
• Demonstrate The Tasty Table and explain how direct ordering can benefit their business.
• Convert interested restaurants into paying customers.
• Follow up consistently with leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Assist restaurants during onboarding and ensure a smooth start.
• Build long-term relationships with restaurant owners.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with the product team.
• Work toward monthly customer acquisition and revenue targets.

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• B2B sales experience is preferred.
• Experience selling SaaS, restaurant technology, digital products, or services is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable speaking directly with business owners.
• Self-driven, persistent, and target-oriented.
• Comfortable with both phone-based and field sales.
• Able to work independently in an early-stage startup environment.
