What is this role about?

We are looking for an experienced Onsite Delivery Lead/Architect with strong hands-on expertise in .NET, React, AWS Cloud, and Mobile Development. This role requires a technical leader who can drive end-to-end delivery, collaborate with client stakeholders, and effectively lead onsite and offshore teams.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with C# .NET Core/.NET Framework and REST API development
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda (.NET Core) and AWS Serverless Architecture
• Experience in .NET MAUI for Android and iOS mobile application development
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Hooks, and Context API
• SQL Server database development and optimization
• Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture
• Experience with SSO, RBAC, Authentication & Authorization
• Azure DevOps (CI/CD Pipelines, Git Repositories)
• AWS Services: API Gateway, EventBridge, CloudWatch, S3, EC2, Application Load Balancer

Leadership & Delivery Expectations

• Lead and coordinate onsite and offshore development teams
• Manage client expectations and delivery risks in fixed-price engagements
• Represent offshore teams in client-facing technical and program discussions
• Deep technical expertise to drive solution design across .NET and AWS platforms
• Experience leveraging AI/GenAI in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service integration experience
• Mobile application backend optimization
• Knowledge of retry mechanisms and DLQ patterns
• Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event Sourcing
