UnionNavigator Pro (UNP) is an early-stage B2B technology company operating at the intersection of FinTech, RegTech, and LegalTech.

We are developing technology to help organizations manage complex, overlapping workforce and labor requirements with greater structure, traceability, and operational visibility. Our initial market focus is highly regulated workforce environments where fragmented rule sources and manual processes create significant downstream financial and compliance risk.

UNP was born from real-world experience solving complex workforce and compliance challenges and has since evolved through functional product development, customer discovery, industry feedback, and market testing.

Our broader vision is to build scalable infrastructure for governing complex rule sources across enterprise workflows, beginning with labor compliance.

We are currently expanding our founding team as we prepare for the next stage of product development, customer validation, and commercialization.

Who we’re looking for

UNP is looking for a Technical Co-Founder to help scale an existing product architecture into a secure, production-grade enterprise platform.

This is not an idea-stage startup. Our founder has independently built functional prototypes and the initial architecture, alongside substantial customer discovery, market validation, and GTM development.This is not an idea-stage startup. Now we’re looking for the technical counterpart who can help take it to the next level.

The opportunity

You’ll join early enough to meaningfully shape the technology, product, and company, but with enough already built that you’re not starting from a blank page.

You’ll help own:

• Scaling and hardening the current architecture
• Technical and product strategy
• Data architecture, APIs, integrations, and security
• AI/LLM-enabled capabilities
• Early pilots and technical customer discovery
• Future engineering team and technical leadership

What will set you apart from others

We’re especially interested in builders from FinTech, LegalTech, RegTech, and complex enterprise SaaS, particularly those experienced with high-stakes systems where accuracy, security, reliability, explainability, and auditability matter.

You should be able to think like both an architect and a founder.

That means being willing to join customer conversations, understand why customers buy, contribute to early GTM, challenge product assumptions, and help build the business alongside the technology.

Compensation: This is a founder-level opportunity, with meaningful equity ownership and the expectation of transitioning to paid compensation as the company becomes appropriately capitalized. Both are negotiable.
