Title: Strategy Specialist / Business Consultant (Cyber Security Strategy)
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite)
Contract Duration: ASAP to June 30, 2027
Salary: $30-$35 per hour (7.5 hours per day)
You will play a key role in shaping the future of cyber security through strategic analysis, executive communications, and business consulting. Support the development and execution of security strategy initiatives.
Reporting to the Acting Manager, Security Strategy, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, influence strategic decision-making, and help translate complex cyber security and technology topics into meaningful business insights.

Required Qualifications
- University degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 1-2+ years of experience in business writing, technology communications, consulting, strategy, or a related field.
- Ability to transform technical content into executive-friendly communications.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent editing and quality-review skills.
- Excellent research, fact-checking, and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting executive or senior leadership communications.
- Exposure to cyber security, risk management, technology strategy, or governance functions.
- Experience creating executive presentations, workshops, or board-level reporting.
- Consulting, strategic planning, or business case development experience.
