ABOUT THE ROLE

We are building MHOS — the Medora1 Hospital Operating System — India's first AI-powered platform that will run 650 hospitals across 21 states from one command centre. This is not an IT job. This is a founding mandate.

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to design, build, and lead this platform from the ground up. For an extraordinary candidate, this becomes a Co-Founder & CTO role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Define and own the complete MHOS (Medora1 Health Operating System) architecture — cloud infrastructure, hospital systems, and AI intelligence layers
2. Build and lead the engineering team from 0 to 20–30 engineers across India/UAE
3. Deploy MHOS in three phases: 50 hospitals (Year 1–2) → 200 hospitals (Year 3–4) → 650 hospitals (Year 5–7)
4. Ensure HIPAA and DISHA regulatory compliance across all modules
5. Integrate with ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) national digital health stack
6. Own the data strategy — from real-time data capture to pharma, insurance, and government data products
7. Lead technology representation in investor meetings, fundraising, and due diligence
8. Drive the company's shift from hospital operator (8–12× multiple) to healthcare data company (25–40× multiple)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Must Have:
• 10+ years in enterprise healthcare IT — HIS, EMR, or healthcare data platform (US/UK experience mandatory)
• Built (not implemented) multi-site or multi-hospital health IT systems
• Shipped clinical AI or ML in a live hospital environment
• HIPAA compliance architecture — designed and delivered
• Led engineering team of 15+ people in regulated environment
• Zero-to-one product build experience

Preferred:
• ABDM / NHA digital health stack knowledge
• DISHA compliance architecture
• HL7 / FHIR interoperability standards
• RCM in Indian TPA / insurance context
• Background at Innovaccer, Oracle Health, Qure.ai, HealthPlix, or equivalent

Education:
• B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc Computer Science (Mandatory)
• MBA Healthcare / MHA / Health Informatics (Preferred)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Equity: 3–5% co-founder equity (vesting: 48 months, cliff: 12 months)
USD 90,000,000 – USD 150,000,000 at our USD 3B+ target exit

Salary: Equity-first in Year 1; monthly remuneration from approximately Year 1 onwards

Location: Dubai, UAE (tax-free income) — hybrid welcome; India travel required
