Creative Frontend Developer / Design Engineer

Siloët is a human-centered AI product focused on emotional intelligence, social intelligence, audience response, creative-content analysis, and communication insight. It helps people understand how content, conversations, behavior, and creative work may be interpreted emotionally and socially by others.

We are looking for an individual contract UI/UX Product Designer to help define Siloët's product direction. The right designer combines product thinking, artistic judgment, interaction design, and modern prototyping to create evolving experiences, not just static screens.

Responsibilities
Design high-fidelity interfaces, connected user flows, and complete interaction sequences for Siloët.
Translate emotional and social intelligence into usable experiences, using motion and state changes to show how insight evolves over time.
Explore light and dark directions through art-led concepts such as digital expressionism, woven or thread-based structures, and constellation or signal-field systems.
Develop reusable UI patterns and contribute to Siloët's early design-system and visual-language direction.
Collaborate with product and development teams, using prototypes, AI-assisted tools, vibe coding, or light coding to make concepts easier to test and implement.

Experience and Qualifications
Strong product UI/UX design experience with a polished portfolio.
Strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, composition, and interaction design skills.
Experience designing connected product flows with motion, evolving states, data or abstract insight visualization, and complex information made understandable.
Ability to design expressive light and dark interfaces without sacrificing usability or clarity.
Ability to work with ambiguity, interpret references without copying them, and explain design decisions clearly.
Comfort with Figma or an equivalent design tool, plus vibe coding, AI-assisted prototyping, design-to-code workflows, or light coding to turn concepts into interactive experiences.

Preferred Experience
AI, consumer, or creative-product design.
Art-led, cinematic, editorial, photography-influenced, or experimental digital interfaces.
Data-rich visualization plus interactive or coded prototyping that helps bridge design and implementation.
Production frontend development is not the primary responsibility, but the ability to prototype interactively and work close to implementation is a strong advantage.
