The gap is obvious: students want help, but schools need an approach that’s trustworthy, curriculum-aligned, and institutionally governed—not an unaccountable parallel classroom.

🚀 Role: Senior Frontend Engineer - New York

This is a high-ownership role. You’ll own the frontend architecture, ship core product experiences, and potentially grow into leading the frontend team as we scale.

*What you’ll do *

Define and evolve the frontend architecture (patterns, state, data fetching, component strategy, testing).
Build fast, delightful product experiences for learners and instructors.
Partner closely with product/design/AI/backend to deliver features end-to-end.
Establish engineering standards: performance, accessibility, reliability, code quality, CI/CD.

5+ years building production web apps.
Strong React + TypeScript experience.
Solid state management experience.
Strong UI engineering fundamentals (performance, accessibility, testing).
Comfortable making architecture decisions and owning outcomes.

Familiarity with Python, Django or FastAPI.
Experience with design systems, analytics/data-heavy UIs, or building platforms used by non
technical users (educators).
