The pay range for this role is $120,000- $130,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law). Role Overview: The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, React JS, and AWS Cloud Services,

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Full Stack applications.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React JS, and AWS.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and QA teams to define technical solutions.
• Drive technical discussions, solution design reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices-based applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React JS.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentor and guide development team members through code reviews and technical coaching.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Promote Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices.
