Technical Co-Founder / Founding Full-Stack Engineer

Vettor is building a live fantasy sports marketplace where users can buy, sell and trade player performance like stocks.

We’re looking for a technical co-founder and founding full-stack engineer to help take Vettor from its current product concept and prototype into a production-ready platform.

You would work directly with the founder and have meaningful ownership of the product, technical architecture and key technology decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and refine the production MVP
• Develop frontend and backend functionality
• Integrate live sports data feeds
• Build trading, pricing and settlement workflows
• Integrate payments, wallet and account systems
• Design scalable architecture for additional sports and markets
• Use modern AI development tools to accelerate product development
• Help make core technical decisions as Vettor moves toward launch

Ideal background:

• Strong full-stack development skills
• React / Next.js or similar frontend experience
• Node.js, Python or comparable backend experience
• API and database integration experience
• Experience independently shipping real products
• Comfortable operating in a very early-stage startup environment
• Interest in sports, fantasy sports, gaming, fintech or trading products is a major plus

This is an equity-first opportunity offering 2% to 5% ownership, depending on experience, commitment and scope of technical responsibility, with potential for additional upside as the role grows.

Vettor is currently pre-launch and pre-revenue. This opportunity is designed for someone who wants meaningful early ownership and the potential to grow into Vettor’s long-term technical leader or CTO as the company launches and raises capital.
