Job Title: NC/CNC Programmer

Location: San Diego, CA

Onsite/ Remote: Day 1 Onsite at customer location

The pay range for this role is $110k- $115k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law). NC/CNC Programmer CUM Tunning Operator:

• Candidate should possess strong experience in Siemens NX CAM programming and shop-floor machine prove-out activities. Must be capable of generating and validating CNC programs, conducting simulation and collision checks, performing first-time prove-out on CNC machines, troubleshooting machining issues, and optimizing programs for aerospace manufacturing applications.

Position Responsibilities:

• Create, test, and optimize NC programs for machining operations.
• Interpret engineering drawings, tooling requirements, and process plans
• Support setup, prove-out, and shop floor issue resolution
• Improve program efficiency and machining performance
• Coordinate with manufacturing engineers, machinists, and quality teams.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Diploma / Engineering in mechanical or production or manufacturing with 4-6 yrs of strong NC programming background in precision machining
• Experience with DMU equipment and Siemens controls/programming environment
• Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and support production execution.
• Knowledge of tooling/fixture considerations, and familiarity with NX or related CAM environments.
