We are currently seeking an Intermediate Control Systems Engineer to join our team of experienced professionals based in Winston Salem, NC.

Working with other highly motivated Engineers, you will be involved with designing, programming, integrating, troubleshooting, and supporting new and existing automated controls systems.

Responsibilities may include:

• Control System design and preparing functional specifications
• Electrical Engineering
• Assisting with equipment selection
• PLC Programming
• Design/programming of Human Machines Interfaces (HMI)
• Site commissioning and installation support
• Troubleshooting of electrical, PLC, and HMI systems
• Supporting project proposals and estimation
• Lead team of other Control Systems Engineers
• Performing other duties as assigned by Project Manager
• Interface with customers on site to drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate team's activities to meet customer objectives

Qualifications Required:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience leading teams
• Experience designing electrical control systems
• Ability to problem solve
• Aptitude for Programming ladder logic
• Knowledge of PLC platforms (e.g Rockwell, Schneider, Siemens) is an asset
• Knowledge of HMI/SCADA platforms (e.g. Ignition, FactoryTalkView, iFix) is an asset
• Programming in (C,C#,VBA,SQL, or other languages) is an asset
• Understanding of industrial environments, engineering, and production processes
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems design, Automation, Industrial Engineering or College equivalent
• Ability to complete all security clearance requirements that may be required for the performance of the work
