Pay Type: $145,000.00 -$155,000.00 Salary

What you'll do:
- Define and drive QA strategy, standards, and tooling across teams.
- Architect and maintain scalable test automation frameworks supporting continuous delivery.
- Partner with engineering and product leadership to integrate testing best practices.
- Lead complex testing initiatives including performance, scalability, and security testing.
- Establish and track quality metrics to ensure release readiness and system stability.
- Identify and mitigate cross-system risks and dependencies.
- Manage, mentor and coach QA engineers across levels to elevate technical depth and consistency.
- Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and processes to improve quality and efficiency.
- Influence technical decisions and advocate for quality across the organization.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of eight years of progressive experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
- Proven success leading QA strategy or large-scale automation initiatives.
- Strong experience testing complex, distributed, or enterprise systems.
- Experience with performance, security, and reliability testing.
- Proficiency in QA metrics, data analysis, and process optimization.
- Ability to influence technical direction and promote best practices across teams.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for improving software quality at scale.
- A strong commitment to managing and coaching QA engineers at all experience levels.
- A strategic mindset paired with hands-on technical depth.
- Deep expertise in test architecture, automation frameworks, and CI/CD integration, with advanced certifications (e.g., ISTQB Expert, Agile Test Leadership) preferred.
