Role Description The Sales Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in San Jose, CA. This role is responsible for managing residential remodeling projects from initial client contact through completion, ensuring work is delivered on schedule and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with prospective clients, preparing and presenting project proposals, coordinating schedules and resources with construction teams, and monitoring project progress. The Sales Project Manager will also handle customer inquiries, maintain detailed project documentation, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical skills to interpret project data, estimate costs, assess risks, and make informed decisions.
• Customer service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and provide ongoing support throughout the remodeling process.
• Clear and professional communication skills for client meetings, proposal presentations, and collaboration with construction teams.
• Sales skills to identify client needs, present solutions, close deals, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Experience in construction, remodeling, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with basic office software and project management tools.
• Ability to work on-site, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a detail-oriented approach.
