What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership of meaningful, complex matters, not just assist.
• With the help of seasoned attorneys/ mentors, lead litigation cases from inception
through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions; appear confidently in court
• Represent clients in mediations and high-stakes negotiations
• Advise business clients on risk, compliance, and strategy
• Structure, draft, and negotiate contracts and transactions
• Support entity formation, governance, and business operations
• Work directly with clients as a trusted legal advisor

What We’re Looking For

• Active California Bar license
• 4+ years of litigation experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
• Comfortable managing cases independently
• Business-minded and client-focused
• Team player with ambition and accountability
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $150,000 - $350,000 (DOE)
