AI-First Digital Marketing Associate

🚀 We’re Hiring – AI-First Digital Marketing Associate 📍 Location: Pune (Hybrid) 💼 Experience: 0 to 1 year ⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred.

About the Role: We're looking for someone who is curious, AI-first, and obsessed with learning but not traditional digital marketer. If you use ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or other AI tools every day to solve problems, automate work, and learn faster, you'll fit right in.

At Health Compiler, you'll work on real business growth problems, not repetitive marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
-Use AI to execute digital marketing faster and smarter.
-Build and optimize SEO, content, paid ads and growth campaigns.
-Research competitors using AI.
-Create blogs, landing pages, social posts, email campaigns, and marketing assets.
-Experiment with AI tools to automate tasks.
-Help automate repetitive marketing workflows.
-Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
-Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams.

We are looking for someone:
-A fast learner with a growth mindset.
-Passionate about AI and emerging technology.
-Curious enough to ask "Why?" before "How?"
-Comfortable learning by doing.
-Strong written English and communication skills.
-Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus, but attitude matters more than experience.

Good to Have:
-Have built something using AI.
-Experiment with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Midjourney, or similar AI tools.
-Know the basics of SEO, Google Analytics, WordPress, paid ads or social media marketing.
-Love solving problems with automation.
