About SterlingChain

SterlingChain is building a next-generation non-custodial Web3 financial platform designed to give users complete control of their digital assets while bringing together the best of decentralised finance into a single application.

Our platform allows users to create or import their own cryptocurrency wallets, manage their portfolios, perform crypto swaps, connect securely to decentralised applications through WalletConnect, access DeFi lending and borrowing, and explore blockchain insurance through integrated protocols.

Unlike traditional financial platforms, users always remain in control of their own private keys and funds.

We have recently launched on the Google Play Store and are preparing for our Apple App Store launch.

Alongside product development, we are working with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to determine the appropriate regulatory framework for our planned crypto financial services and future UK growth.

This is an opportunity to join the company at a very early stage and help build the SterlingChain brand from the ground up.

About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious Social Media Manager who wants to help build a Web3 company rather than simply manage social accounts.

You will be responsible for growing the SterlingChain brand across X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other social platforms by creating engaging content, building a community and helping attract our first users.

This is an equity opportunity for someone who believes in the long-term vision of decentralised finance and wants to help grow an early-stage startup.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality social media posts, graphics, reels and short-form videos promoting SterlingChain.

Develop a consistent brand voice across all social platforms.

Plan and manage content calendars.

Grow our communities on X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

Publish product updates, educational content and feature announcements.

Help create launch campaigns for new features and partnerships.

Monitor engagement and respond to community questions.

Research current crypto and Web3 trends to identify content opportunities.

Work closely with the founder to develop marketing strategies and increase user adoption.

Experience with Meta Ads, X Ads or Google Ads would be a significant advantage but is not essential.

What We're Looking For

Experience managing social media accounts.

Excellent written English.

Creative thinking and strong design sense.

Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain or Web3.

Ability to create engaging content consistently.

Experience using Canva, Figma, Adobe Express or similar tools is beneficial.

Experience running paid advertising campaigns is highly desirable.

Self-motivated and comfortable working within an early-stage startup.

Equity

This is currently an equity-based position.

Successful candidates will receive founder equity based on experience, commitment and long-term contribution, with the opportunity to transition into a paid role as the company grows.
