Position Summary:
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for Federal, State, Local Government, and Commercial technology programs. Working as part of the Talent Acquisition team, this role sources, evaluates, and hires highly qualified technical professionals while partnering closely with Hiring Managers and Program Leadership to support business growth. The Technical Recruiter develops strategic talent pipelines, manages multiple high-priority requisitions, ensures compliance with hiring regulations, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle while leveraging modern recruiting technologies and AI-assisted sourcing tools to improve recruiting efficiency and hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple technical and professional requisitions supporting internal programs and external clients.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to develop job descriptions, define candidate requirements, establish screening criteria, and support interview planning.
- Source, identify, and recruit qualified candidates through professional networks, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, social media platforms, and virtual or in-person career events.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current, future, and anticipated hiring needs.
- Review candidate resumes, conduct candidate screening, evaluate technical qualifications, and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, status updates, and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation, offer negotiation, background investigations, reference checks, and onboarding activities.
- Provide recruiting metrics, hiring reports, market intelligence, and strategic hiring recommendations to management.
- Participate in Talent Acquisition meetings with Hiring Managers, Program Managers, and Executive Leadership.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable Federal hiring regulations, company policies, and employment practices.
Minimum Experience:
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA/Test Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Program Managers, and other technical professionals.
- Experience recruiting for Federal Government (Civilian and DoD) programs.
- Experience working in a staffing agency or supporting high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments.
- Experience sourcing candidates using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, job boards, social media, and recruiting events.

Pay Rate Range:
$90,000 – $120,000
Degrees and Certifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience). Four (4) years of relevant professional experience may be substituted for the required degree.
Preferred:
Professional certification in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting (SHRM, HRCI, AIRS, or equivalent).
