Job Title: System Administrator
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure. In this role, you will ensure our systems, servers, and networks remain secure, reliable, and optimized for seamless daily operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
System & Server Management: Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain server environments (Windows/Linux), active directory, and daily system operations.

Network & Security: Monitor network stability, manage firewalls, VPNs, user permissions, and enforce data security policies to prevent security risks.

Troubleshooting & Support: Provide Level 2/3 technical support, resolve complex software and hardware issues, and minimize system downtime.

Data Backup & Disaster Recovery: Execute regular data backups, verify data integrity, and participate in disaster recovery planning.

Cloud Infrastructure (If applicable): Assist in managing and maintaining cloud resources (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform).

Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation, inventory records, and ensure IT compliance across all systems.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Lead.

OS Expertise: Strong experience managing Windows Server, Linux distribution environments, and Active Directory / LDAP.

Networking: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Routers, and Firewalls.

Virtualization: Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V, or Docker container environments.

Certifications (Bonus): CompTIA Network+/Security+, MCSA, CCNA, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
