Senior Tools Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior ALM Tool Support Engineer (Lead/SME) to manage, support, and optimize enterprise ALM platforms including Polarion, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, JFrog Artifactory, SVN, Perforce, and MATLAB toolchain. The candidate will be responsible for L2/L3 support, governance, integrations, reporting, and leading a support team while ensuring alignment with SDLC, Agile, and DevOps processes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Polarion, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Artifactory, SVN, and Perforce.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and root cause analysis.
• Manage tool integrations, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure workflows, permissions, projects, and templates.
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and SLA metrics.
• Drive ALM governance, compliance, and process improvements.
• Lead and mentor ALM support engineers.
• Support ASPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO 21434 compliance activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Polarion, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Hands-on expertise in SVN, Perforce, and JFrog Artifactory.
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, SDLC, and ALM practices.
• Experience in stakeholder management and team leadership.
• Strong troubleshooting and automation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Python, Shell, or Groovy scripting.
• ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434 knowledge.
• Embedded Systems or Automotive domain experience.
