We're building the AI platform for the multi-trillion-dollar construction industry. The software used on job sites today is rigid, clunky, and ignored by the people actually building our world. We're changing that by shipping intelligent, offline-first mobile and web applications that automate field workflows, interpret documents and blueprints, and eliminate operational bottlenecks - directly from the jobsite to the head office.

Our team is from Stripe, Google, Microsoft, Twitter, Snap, LinkedIn, GIVE.asia, and Cornell (PhD in ML/CV) and based in Seattle and South-east Asia. We value high agency and competence. Responsibilities

• Architect and develop end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and AI/agentic workflows.
• Interact with customers directly in order to ensure their success and happiness.
• Make effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation.
• Help drive sound technical decision making and lead technical conversations with other engineers.
• Debug production issues across services and various levels of the tech stack

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong coding skills in any programming language. We understand new languages can be learned, so our interview is language agnostic.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in building customer-facing products with high craftmanship. We value attention to detail and customer obsession on getting users to be happy and successful.
• Interest in working as a generalist across varying technologies and stacks to solve problems and delight users.
• Have the ability to thrive on a high level of autonomy, responsibility, and think of yourself as entrepreneurial.

Bonus Points

• Experience with construction-related architecturing, structural engineering, and/or construction.
• Research experience in AI/ML applications, particularly in agent-based systems or multimodal AI or related fields.
• Experience with launching a product and/or deploying AI agents to production with user traction. We would love to see actual products that you shipped in the past.
• Experience with competitive coding. If you are ranked in Topcoder, Google Codejam, Facebook Hackercup, Kaggle or other similar platforms, we would love to see it.
