AI Project Manager or Product Manager

Biz4Group LLC is hiring an AI Project Manager who also operates as a Business Analyst — a hybrid, client-facing role for someone who can run discovery calls, translate business needs into technical requirements, and then manage the project through delivery. You'll be the primary point of contact for client onboarding, requirement gathering, and sprint execution, working directly with AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and executive stakeholders across our AI and enterprise software projects.

This role suits someone who's comfortable wearing two hats: the BA who digs into "why" and defines the "what," and the PM who plans, tracks, and delivers the "how" and "when."

What You'll Do

Discovery & Business Analysis

Lead client discovery calls to understand business needs, pain points, and goals
Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements; write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and project backlogs
Translate business objectives into structured technical requirements for AI/ML and engineering teams
Map current-state vs. future-state processes and identify where AI/automation adds the most value

Project & Delivery Management

Plan, schedule, and track multiple AI projects — model development phases, API integrations, feature rollouts — using Agile/Scrum
Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and velocity tracking
Monitor milestones, prepare progress reports, and keep projects on scope, schedule, and budget
Identify risks, technical dependencies, and scope changes early; work with engineers and architects to unblock delivery

Stakeholder & Client Management

Act as the central communication bridge between clients/stakeholders and internal delivery teams
Maintain full transparency with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee functional testing, review user flows, and coordinate final client sign-off
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
1–3+ years in project management, business analysis, or technical project coordination within software development or an AI agency
Proven experience hosting client discovery calls and turning business conversations into clear requirements
Familiarity with AI tools and AI/ML workflows (Generative AI, LLMs, Voice AI, Chatbots, API integrations)
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and PM tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com
Strong client requirement analysis skills are a must — able to break down business needs into clear, actionable specs
Excellent written and verbal English communication, with experience managing client relationships and multi-disciplinary teams
Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
