At toraru, our mission is to create a world where everyone can move freely, live authentically, and access opportunities regardless of where they are.

We are building GENCHI, an online mobility platform that enables people to access places, people, experiences, and opportunities around the world without physically traveling there.

With companies in Japan and Qatar, we are now taking GENCHI global.

We are still a small team, which means there are no narrowly defined roles. We work hands-on across strategy, sales, marketing, finance, fundraising, international partnerships, and pilot projects.

We are not simply looking for employees. We are looking for people who can grow into CxO roles and build the company together with us.

You don’t need to have experience in everything.

What matters most is that you believe in our mission, are willing to learn independently, take ownership, experiment, and keep moving forward in an early-stage environment.

We work primarily remotely with flexible hours, while also participating in 5–6 exhibitions and pitch events in Japan and internationally each year.

We want to create a world where everyone can access opportunities, regardless of where they were born, where they live, or the mobility barriers they face.
