Ecommerce Growth Manager (Performance-Based)

About Us
GlitchyPhones is a UK ecommerce business specialising in premium mobile phone accessories. We are looking for an ambitious Ecommerce Growth Manager to take ownership of growing the business and turning it into a profitable online brand.
This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for someone who is prepared to take responsibility for revenue growth and work as a long-term business partner.
Contract
Initial 90-day performance-based trial.
Opportunity to become a permanent Growth Manager after successful completion of the trial.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the ecommerce growth strategy.
Increase online sales and conversion rates.
Manage SEO and organic traffic growth.
Improve the Shopify store and customer experience.
Plan and manage email marketing campaigns.
Grow social media engagement and content.
Build influencer and affiliate partnerships.
Analyse performance data and provide weekly reports.
Recommend and implement new growth opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience growing Shopify ecommerce stores.
Strong understanding of CRO, SEO, email marketing, and digital marketing.
Ability to analyse data and make commercial decisions.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.
Compensation
Performance-based profit share during the 90-day trial.
Opportunity for a monthly salary plus ongoing performance bonuses after successful completion of the trial.
Success Measures
The successful candidate will be evaluated on:
Revenue growth.
Conversion rate improvement.
Customer acquisition.
Return on marketing investment.
Execution quality.
Weekly reporting and accountability.
