We're looking for an experienced UX/UI Web Designer with advanced Figma skills and a strong background in designing corporate websites that can be efficiently implemented in Elementor.

We're not only looking for someone with excellent visual design skills—we're looking for someone who understands how to structure Figma files so developers can build them efficiently, minimizing ambiguity and improving collaboration between design and development.

What You'll Do

• Design corporate websites in Figma.
• Create wireframes, content structures, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design homepages, service pages, about pages, contact pages, landing pages, and other corporate website layouts.
• Organize designs using Auto Layout, components, variables, and reusable styles.
• Define responsive behavior for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems for web projects.
• Create reusable UI components such as headers, buttons, cards, CTAs, testimonials, forms, and footers.
• Deliver clean, organized Figma files that developers can easily interpret.
• Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and WordPress developers.
• Review final implementations to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
• Participate in design presentations, reviews, and client feedback sessions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Web Designer.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Experience designing corporate websites.
• Strong portfolio showcasing real web design projects.
• Excellent knowledge of Auto Layout, components, variants, variables, and design styles in Figma.
• Ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and conversion-focused designs.
• Experience designing responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Strong understanding of typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and layout composition.
• Ability to organize Figma files, pages, layers, and components in a clean and scalable way.
• Experience creating designs that can be efficiently translated into Elementor.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent visual judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and collaborating with technical teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing specifically for WordPress and Elementor.
• Understanding of Elementor's Flexbox Container system.
• Experience structuring Figma files using layouts that mirror Elementor sections, containers, and widgets.
• Experience with UiChemy or other Figma-to-Elementor conversion tools.
• Experience creating reusable component libraries and design systems.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of web accessibility best practices.
• Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and conversion-focused design.
• Previous experience working in a digital agency.
• Experience collaborating with WordPress developers.
• Ability to confidently present and justify design decisions to clients.
• Professional-level English.

Experience with UiChemy is not required. However, experience using it—or an interest in learning it as part of our workflow—will be considered a strong advantage.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who understands that a Figma file should be much more than a visual mockup.

Designs should be implementation-ready: well-structured, responsive, scalable, and built using reusable components, Auto Layout, variables, and consistent design systems.

We especially value designers who think ahead to development in Elementor, avoiding unnecessarily complex layouts, arbitrary spacing, excessive absolute positioning, or designs that are difficult to build in a real-world website.

You'll work closely with our development team to define and continuously improve a Figma design system specifically optimized for Elementor. Our goal is to increase design quality while significantly reducing development time.
