Software Developer

You'll work directly with the founders to build products that scale from day one. We value curiosity, ownership, speed, and engineering excellence over unnecessary process.

What You'll Do

• Design and build modern, scalable web applications and backend services.
• Own features from idea to production.
• Architect secure, reliable APIs and scalable data models.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Review code, mentor through collaboration, and maintain high engineering standards.
• Build and manage cloud-native infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Debug complex production issues and continuously improve system reliability.
• Contribute to engineering documentation and internal best practices.

Required

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience building applications with React, Next.js, or similar modern frontend frameworks.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js, Go, Java, or Python.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git, collaborative development workflows, and code reviews.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized development.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering fundamentals.

Nice to Have

• Experience building production-scale SaaS products.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and microservice architectures.
• Experience with caching, queues, event-driven systems, and asynchronous processing.
• Understanding of application security and secure software development.
• Experience working at startups or in high-growth environments.
