You'll own the entire sales process—from identifying opportunities to closing new business—while building long-term partnerships with institutions shaping the future of education.

What You'll Do:

Build and manage a sales territory focused on higher education institutions.
Develop a strategic account plan for new and existing customers.
Prospect and generate qualified opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand institutional goals and challenges.
Present industry-leading AI and hosted technology solutions to university stakeholders.
Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
Drive customer adoption and long-term account growth.
Partner closely with Marketing and Product Management to align customer needs with product innovation.
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to influence future product development.
Represent iSeek.ai at conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
What We're Looking For:

2+ years of successful B2B technology sales experience, preferably selling into higher education.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Comfortable using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
Professional, energetic, and driven to exceed goals.
Ability to travel as needed with reliable transportation.
