Sales Development Representative (Korean/English Speaking)

Fluent in Korean and C1 or C2 level of English is required.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a part-time Sales Development Representative to make phone calls for our clients and schedule meetings based on our clients' ideal customer profile (ICP). You will be responsible for following cold call scripts in order to set up these meetings, and you will have daily/weekly KPIs to hit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct cold calls and cold emails to prospective clients.
• Qualify leads and set up meetings for your clients' sales team.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities in the dashboard and/or CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and sales.
• Make a high number of phone calls daily to book meetings for LevelUp Leads — this is the core part of the job.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication internally with our team as well as with our clients.
• Comfortable using CRMs and quickly learning the tools and systems we use at LevelUp Leads to track calls, log activity, and manage meetings.
• Our internal team operates on EST/CST hours, so we need some overlap with your schedule for internal check-ins and client communication.
• Outreach calls to leads will primarily be made during KST business hours, since that's when your prospects are reachable.

Payment:

• $500 per client and this role can take on up to 6 clients.
